CAPTIVE Coaching & Empowerment
An 8-Week Guided Coaching Experience
The APACHE™ Group Coaching Cohort
Investment: $797
You know something needs to change
You may already know that you overthink. That you put everyone else's needs ahead of your own. That you have trouble saying no without feeling guilty.
That you keep questioning yourself, avoiding difficult conversations, tolerating things longer than you should or falling back into patterns you promised yourself you were done with.
You may even understand why you do some of it.
And yet, you still do it.
That's because knowing the pattern and changing the pattern are two very different things.
Welcome
An 8-Week Guided Coaching Experience from CAPTIVE Coaching & Empowerment. Investment: $797.
This isn't eight weeks of someone telling you what you should do with your life. And it isn't another course filled with information you're supposed to watch, remember and somehow turn into change on your own.
This is a guided group coaching experience built around one idea:
You don't need someone to tell you who to become. You need help discovering what's been getting in the way of who you already are.
Over eight weeks we'll use the APACHE framework to help you slow things down, notice what's really happening beneath familiar patterns, understand yourself with greater compassion, recognize the choices available to you and begin practicing a different way of showing up in your own life.
The framework
APACHE is the transformational framework at the heart of CAPTIVE Coaching & Empowerment.
I can see it.
Before we can change a pattern, we have to recognize it. You'll begin noticing the behaviors, reactions, emotional patterns, assumptions, fears, stories and relationship dynamics that may be influencing your life. Not to judge them. To see them.
I'm allowed to acknowledge it.
Sometimes awareness isn't the hardest part. Giving ourselves permission to admit what we know is. Permission to feel what we feel. To want what we want. To admit something hurts. To question something we've always accepted. To need something. To say, "This isn't working for me anymore."
I can stop fighting what is true.
Acceptance doesn't mean approval. It doesn't mean excusing harmful behavior, giving up or pretending something doesn't matter. It means becoming willing to see reality as it is rather than spending all of our energy wishing it were different. Because choices made from reality are usually stronger than choices made from denial.
I can decide what happens next.
Once something becomes visible, acknowledged and accepted, something powerful begins to happen. You can choose. Perhaps differently than you've chosen before. You can examine boundaries. You can reconsider expectations. You can change your response. You can have a conversation. You can stop participating in a pattern. Sometimes the most powerful realization is simply: I have choices.
I can tend to what has been carrying this pattern.
Some behaviors aren't weaknesses. They are adaptations. Things we learned to do because, at some point, they helped us belong, stay safe, avoid conflict, earn approval, maintain relationships or protect ourselves emotionally. Healing asks a different question. Not "What's wrong with me?" but "What happened, what did I learn from it and what do I want to carry forward?"
I can practice becoming the woman I am discovering.
Understanding yourself is powerful. Living differently is where transformation begins. Embodiment is where insight begins showing up in conversations, relationships, boundaries, decisions, standards, self-talk and everyday life. You're no longer simply learning about change. You're practicing it.
The journey
This cohort is designed as an eight-week progression, with each stage building naturally upon the previous one.
We begin with what's happening now. What are you noticing? What keeps repeating? Where do you feel stuck, small, anxious, resentful, exhausted, unheard, uncertain or disconnected from yourself? We start with curiosity rather than judgment.
We begin looking underneath the obvious pattern. The immediate problem may not always be the whole story. We'll explore reactions, triggers, assumptions, emotional habits and the stories you've learned to tell yourself.
We'll examine where you may have unconsciously learned that certain feelings, needs, desires, boundaries or truths weren't acceptable, and begin giving yourself permission to acknowledge them.
We'll work on separating what you wish were true from what actually is true, particularly in situations and relationships where hope, loyalty, guilt or fear can make reality difficult to face.
Now we begin asking: What can I actually do? Not what everyone else should do. Not what should have happened years ago. What choices belong to you now?
We compassionately explore what may be underneath recurring patterns and begin identifying what you want to stop carrying forward.
Insight becomes practice. You'll begin intentionally experimenting with different responses, boundaries, conversations and choices in everyday life.
We bring the entire APACHE process together. You'll reflect on what you've discovered, recognize areas of growth, identify where continued attention may be needed and create a personal plan for continuing the work beyond the cohort.
That's important. There is nothing here suggesting you need to become tougher. Colder. More selfish. Less compassionate. Less generous. Or less loving.
In fact, many women who struggle with boundaries, people-pleasing, overgiving, conflict avoidance or self-doubt have qualities they should not have to lose.
Kindness isn't the problem. Empathy isn't the problem. Generosity isn't the problem. Loving deeply isn't the problem.
The question is whether somewhere along the way those beautiful qualities began requiring you to abandon yourself.
Because empowerment doesn't require you to stop being good-hearted. It requires learning that you belong among the people you care for.
Or perhaps there is nothing dramatically "wrong." You simply know: I'm ready to understand myself better and show up differently in my own life. That's enough.
This is not therapy. It isn't mental-health treatment, crisis care, diagnosis or a substitute for professional clinical support when that support is needed.
It's coaching. That distinction matters. We're working with growth, awareness, decisions, patterns, personal responsibility, relationships, boundaries, behavior and forward movement.
And sometimes one of the most responsible things a coach can do is recognize when coaching isn't the right support for someone at that particular moment.
Guided sessions that combine APACHE teaching, reflection, discussion, application and coaching.
A companion resource to help you explore each stage between sessions and capture your discoveries as the experience unfolds.
You'll have specific opportunities to notice and practice what we're discussing in your actual life. Because transformation rarely happens while you're filling out a worksheet. It happens when real life gives you another opportunity to respond differently.
Bring the places where you're stuck. The confusing conversation. The boundary you're struggling with. The decision you're overthinking. The pattern you keep repeating. We'll explore how APACHE can help you work through it.
Sometimes someone else says something and you suddenly think: "Wait. I do that too." That's one of the wonderful things about thoughtfully facilitated group coaching. We learn from our own stories. And sometimes we unexpectedly recognize ourselves in someone else's.
At the conclusion of the cohort, you'll identify what you've learned, what you want to continue practicing and how you want to carry APACHE forward into everyday life.
In fact, that's rather the point. You don't have to know exactly what your "issue" is. You don't have to have the right vocabulary. You don't have to arrive fearless. You don't have to be good at boundaries. And you certainly don't have to pretend you have everything together.
You simply need to be willing to become curious about yourself. To look honestly. To participate. To practice.
And to consider an incredibly important possibility: Maybe the parts of yourself you've been frustrated with aren't evidence that you're broken. Maybe they're clues.
The investment
Your enrollment includes the complete eight-week APACHE Group Coaching Cohort experience, live coaching sessions, cohort materials, guided exercises and your personal growth planning process.
But I'd encourage you not to make this decision simply because there are "eight sessions." Ask yourself a different question: What could change if I finally stopped collecting insight and started practicing it?
Because you may already know a great deal. The next step may not be learning more. It may be doing something different with what you already know.
Why they behaved that way. Why they said that. What they meant. What they're going through. Why you should be patient. Why they deserve another chance. Why you shouldn't take something personally. Why maybe you're expecting too much.
Your compassion for other people may be enormous.
For eight weeks, we're going to make sure some of that compassion finds its way back to you. Not so you can stop caring about people. So you can learn to care about yourself without apologizing for it.
Before you decide
Not at all. You don't need to have taken a CAPTIVE course, completed a workbook or even be familiar with APACHE. We'll introduce the framework and guide you through it as we go. What matters most is that you arrive willing to be curious, honest with yourself and open to practicing something different.
It's group coaching with a structured framework. There will be teaching because we want you to understand each part of APACHE. But this is not eight weeks of lectures. The real work happens when we take the framework and apply it to your life. Your patterns. Your relationships. Your boundaries. Your choices. Your questions. Your next steps.
You'll learn from what's happening in your own life and often from listening to the experiences and discoveries of other women in the group.
No. You will be invited to participate, reflect and engage, but you decide what you are comfortable sharing. You don't have to tell your entire story to benefit from the experience. Sometimes growth begins simply by recognizing something quietly within yourself.
The cohort can be particularly helpful when you're exploring things like people-pleasing, difficulty setting or maintaining boundaries, overthinking, self-doubt, fear of disappointing people, conflict avoidance, repeating relationship patterns, guilt, trouble trusting your own decisions, feeling responsible for everyone else, difficulty identifying what you actually want or need, and knowing what needs to change but struggling to change it.
You don't have to fit neatly into one category. Sometimes you simply know something isn't working the way you want it to anymore. That's a perfectly good place to begin.
No. The patterns we explore can show up almost anywhere. With partners. Parents. Adult children. Friends. Coworkers. Family members. And perhaps most importantly, in your relationship with yourself.
APACHE isn't a relationship technique. It's a framework for understanding yourself and becoming more intentional about how you respond to what happens in your life.
Life happens. Our final attendance and recording policy will be clearly explained before enrollment, including whether recordings, session summaries or alternative materials are available for a particular cohort. Because this is an interactive coaching experience, you should plan to attend as many live sessions as possible. The conversations and coaching are part of the experience.
Participants will be asked to honor a clear group confidentiality agreement and not share another participant's personal story outside the cohort. At the same time, no group environment can offer an absolute guarantee about another person's behavior. That's why we'll establish expectations around privacy, respect and appropriate sharing from the very beginning.
No. The APACHE Group Coaching Cohort is a personal growth and coaching experience, not psychotherapy, counseling, crisis intervention, mental-health treatment or diagnosis. Coaching focuses on awareness, patterns, choices, personal growth, relationships, goals, behaviors and forward movement. If you are currently experiencing a mental-health crisis or need clinical assessment or treatment, coaching may not be the appropriate form of support right now.
That's completely understandable. You won't be expected to walk into the first session and immediately tell strangers the most personal details of your life. Trust takes time. Our goal is to create an environment that is thoughtful, supportive, respectful and free from pressure to perform. You can participate at a level that feels appropriate while still challenging yourself to engage in the process.
That's generally not the purpose of coaching. I'm much more interested in helping you understand why you're doing what you're doing, what you're experiencing, what options you may not have considered and what choice feels aligned with the woman you want to become. You remain responsible for your decisions. That's an important part of empowerment.
There will be between-session reflection and real-life practice, but I don't particularly like calling it homework. You may be invited to notice a pattern. Try a different response. Journal about a question. Practice a boundary. Pay attention to your internal dialogue. Have a conversation you've been avoiding. The goal isn't to get a gold star for completing an assignment. The goal is to begin noticing whether what we're exploring together is showing up differently in your real life.
In addition to the weekly live session, you should allow yourself some time during the week for reflection and practice. This isn't designed to become another overwhelming obligation. APACHE works particularly well when the "work" becomes part of how you experience and observe your everyday life, rather than something you only think about during coaching.
You leave with something more useful than a certificate saying you attended. You'll create your Personal APACHE Growth Plan, identifying what you've discovered, what you want to continue practicing and where you want to keep growing. APACHE is not intended to be something you complete once. It's a framework you can return to when life presents another decision, relationship challenge, emotional pattern or opportunity for growth.
Enrollment details
An 8-Week Guided Coaching Experience. Investment: $797.
Your enrollment includes:
This experience is intentionally designed as a small-group environment. We're not trying to fill an auditorium. A smaller cohort allows room for genuine conversation, questions, reflection, coaching and connection. Space will therefore be limited for each cohort.
We want the cohort to be the right experience for you. Enrollment may include a brief intake process designed to help you understand what coaching is, what the cohort involves and whether this particular experience is appropriate for what you're looking for right now. This isn't about deciding whether you're "good enough" for coaching. It's about making sure we're offering you the kind of support you're actually seeking.
$797, one payment. Your place in the cohort is confirmed after enrollment requirements are completed and payment is received.
Enrollment closes when the cohort is full.
You're starting with everything you've lived. Everything you've learned. Everything you've survived. Everything you've begun to notice.
APACHE simply gives us a pathway for working with it. Awareness. Permission. Acceptance. Choice. Healing. Embodiment.
And somewhere along that path, you may discover something surprising. The woman you're trying so hard to become may not be nearly as far away as you thought. She is already there, waiting to be reawakened.
Let's help you discover her.
Ready to stop just understanding the pattern?
You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. You don't need the perfect goal. And you certainly don't have to become someone else before you're worthy of investing in yourself.
You simply need to be willing to ask: What might I discover if I gave myself permission to look honestly at what's happening in my life and choose what I want to do next? That's where we'll begin.
Enrollment is limited to maintain the small-group coaching experience.
